EMPATHY + LEADERSHIP = RETENTION, REWARDS & RESULTS
The sustainability of your business is intrinsically linked to your ability to make people feel valued.
It’s no longer enough to tick a set of boxes, hoping it builds a happy and profitable workforce.
Your people want to feel a sense of worth; quickly leaving companies who make them feel undervalued and disconnected.
For every generation, reputation is everything.
And what people say about your business will be what attracts, retains and builds the future of your business.
Our empathy training courses provide you with the tools to re-connect and become the workplace everyone wants to be a part of.
Empathy First courses include videos and activities to help you understand and communicate empathy to strengthen your relationships with your colleagues, clients, friends and family whilst also bolstering business success and sustainability.
Work through the online courses at your own pace or contact Leanne to take your team through a guided program on Zoom.
Due to COVID-19, Virtual Reality training will be available again in due course.
We're communicating in emails more than ever before. Complete this 1 hour mini-course to learn 5 practical tips for using empathy in emails to build connection with colleagues and clients alike.

WHAT WE COVER
We explore why empathy is critical to creating a positive mental health culture and a successful business.
Empathy is largely misunderstood so we explain what it is and break it down to be less scary and more relatable.
It's near impossible to feel empathy for others and understand their feelings without first feeling empathy for yourself and understanding your own feelings.
This week we have tools and techniques to help you build connection with those around you using the skill of listening to connect.
Now that you've listened and understood, what do you say? Don't worry, we'll practice some simple tools to help build connection.
Bringing together everything we have learned with a series of reflective activities.
